PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT

  • In order to reserve and confirm you event date, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. 

  • If payment is not received, within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, your invoice will be cancelled. 

  • Partial payments nor deposits will NOT be accepted for ANY reason

REFUND POLICY

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for a FULL refund. If inside of the 48 hours window, you can receive 50% refund OR reschedule for a different date and time (if available).

  • You will be offered a full refund if weather conditions prevent us from installing your yard card greeting OR you can reschedule for another date and time (if available.)

  • No refunds will be given if the renter provides the WRONG address.

  • If we are unable to access a gated community or home, there will be NO REFUND. 

  • If we cannot access the property due to unrestrained animals, there will be NO REFUND.

  • NO refunds will be given if a homeowner or business owner asks us to remove the yard card greetings

  • NO refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

By placing an order/booking with Sign Sealed and Delivered, you agree to the above policies and those listed under terms and conditions.
